Shore Paranormal Research Society strives to have complete and accurate records of all investigations. Depending on the homeower's request, the details of some investigations may remain confidential. The webmaster has prepared a sample field report which may be used by an investigator. At this time, a Summary Investigation document is not available.
Any partner organization may request a document template to be used for their own field investigations.
